How will I receive the newspaper?

The electronic edition is sent by email, in PDF format. The printed edition is sent to your address on a flat envelope.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The order is sent automatically by email minutes after payment is completed. The printed order is dispatched in two business days, and you will have a delivery estimate during the checkout process.

I paid several minutes ago, and still didn't receive the order by email. What can I do?

How can I view or open a PDF?

To open and print a PDF file you can use your browser, like Google Chrome, or in alternative a free PDF viewer such as Acrobat Reader.

What is the best way to print a PDF?

To get the best results and make the print look like an old and authentic newspaper we strongly suggest printing on light yellow colored paper with paper thickness of 20lb (available on most office supplies store, like Staples).

The 'old paper' background is not being printed. What am I doing wrong?

Background printing was disabled on the PDF that your received attached to your email, as most printers can't print on the margins. In alternative, on the email you will find also a link do download the same PDF but without this limitation. However, we suggest to print on light yellow colored paper, without printing the background, giving it the perfect aged look.

Is it possible to add a custom picture to the newspaper?

Sorry, but it's not possible.

Can I change the newspaper content?

You can customize the zodiac article and select the ad. After receiving the order, changing the PDF content is not possible, as the file is locked for editing.

The bottom lines of the newspaper are missing from the print. What am I doing wrong?

Please make sure that you are selecting Letter page format on the printing definitons. Also check the print adjust size.

By mistake I entered incorrect data and I would like to correct the PDF I just received. What can I do?

The year I want isn't available. When will it be available?

We will be updating the newspaper with recent years, but it is a slow, complex and labour-intensive task, as there are many facts and news involved. At the moment we don't have an ETA for releasing missing years.
